Accurate site information
Users are responsible for checking attendance, quantities, rates, approvals, photographs and payment entries before relying on or sharing a SiteBahi record.
Construction decisions
SiteBahi is a record and coordination product. It does not provide engineering, architectural, legal, tax, accounting or workplace-safety certification.
Account access
Access is tied to verified identity and site membership. Invitation codes must be shared only with the intended person. Users must not access sites or records without authorization.
Availability and backups
Offline support and synchronization reduce disruption but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Site administrators should periodically export important project records.
Pilot changes
During the pilot, workflows and data structures may improve. Material changes that affect site records should be communicated to active pilot users.
